Taylor proudly celebrates 35 years of guitar-making with its most eclectic and exotic collection of limited editions ever. Some series venture into exciting new territory in response to customer requests, including a baritone GS, a parlor guitar, a 12-fret GC, and a 9-string GS. Other GS models boast a Laskin-style armrest, with a choice of Macassar ebony, feathered walnut, cocobolo or quilted maple. Perhaps the crown jewel of our 35th anniversary acoustics is an ultra-rare series of 35 stunning flitch-match Brazilian rosewood models topped with Adirondack spruce and offered in a mix of GA, GS and Dreadnought body shapes.
Meanwhile, the Taylor electric line showcases several series of commemorative SolidBody and T3 models with premium-grade exotic top woods that include gorgeous feathered koa, quilted maple, and cocobolo. All 35th anniversary models feature a commemorative “35” fretboard inlay, come with a custom label, and include a certificate of authenticity. Some series are scheduled for release starting in August, with others slated for arrival starting in September. Be sure to check back periodically for photos, full specs and dealer availability for these extraordinary models.
