WORLDCLASS GUITARISTS SHOWCASE TO BENEFIT ASPCA
Nashville, Tennessee – 3/27/10 Guitarist/journalists Aljon Go and Tony Pasko throw a party featuring some of the best guitarists in town for the Nashville Summer NAMM show and raise money for the ASPCA.
Gopher Entertainment Group presents the “Pickers 4 Pets.” The event will be held Saturday June 19, 2010 at the Rutledge Live Music Venue in downtown Nashville Tennessee. The showcase will feature performances and clinics from: JonesWorld (funk/rock), Reeves Grabels (David Bowie/Tin Machine) and Rikk Beatty (rock instrumentalist) and many more. It will also serve as an album release party for session guitarist Tony Pasko (Premier Guitar Magazine/Rock House Method). There will also be door prizes and a silent auction of guitar gear donated by event sponsors benefiting the ASPCA.
This will be the third Summer NAMM benefit concert that Aljon Go has organized. “The last couple of years a lot of people and manufacturers donated a significant amount of time and resources to help out some great charities. This year we’re changing it up a bit and introducing new partners.” Go continues, “My wife and I rescued our two wonderful cats and I know Tony Pasko and his family just loves animals. Everyone here just wants to do their part to help the ASPCA and help prevent animal cruelty.”
The “Pickers 4 Pets” Concert will be held at The Rutledge Live Music Venue (www.therutledgelmv.com), 410 4th Ave. North, Nashville Tennessee, Saturday June 19th. Doors will open at 7 p.m. and is a “smoke-free” 18 and up event. Live live music begins at 8 p.m. Admission is $7 ($5 for 21 and up). The event is presented by Gopher Entertainment Group.
